Here’s an exercise routine for busy women who have little time to workout and block out chunks of time to drive to the gym, workout, and drive home. Everything I’m about to mention you can do at home in 2 minute segments.
Not only is this time efficient, but it’s a huge boost to your metabolism.
1. Hula hooping
Simply get a $3 hula hoop and twirl it around your waist during 2 minute tv commercials. This works your waist and hips area great. Within a year, you’ll be hearing about this as the next greatest weight loss thing. So start doing it today and you’ll be a year ahead of the trend.
2. Spinning around in a circle
This seems crazy, but spinning around like a child actually helps with weight loss. Spin in a circle with your arms out horizontally like airplane wings… and spin clockwise. Do this for 5-20 spins. Your goal is to get slightly dizzy. After a few times doing this, you’ll know about how many that is.
The reason why this works is because spinning stimulates the Endocrine System to be more efficient and balance out your hormones (it controls your hormonal output). When your hormones are balanced and steady, you”ll drastically improve your weight loss ability. I have a 19 page report at the link below that goes into far greater details on this “miracle” exercise.
Again, do these during tv commercials.
3. Hindu squats
These are fast paced no-weight squats that create a huge oxygen deficit for you. This forces your body to burn fat for energy. What you do is squat up and down as fast as you can while you swipe or touch the ground with your finger tips. Doing that means you went down far enough. Do 100 repetitions in as little time as possible.
Once you’re able to do 100 repetitions in under 5 minutes, add another 100 repetitions.
So there you go. There’s a simple, quick exercise routine for busy women that’ll get you some good results in less than 2 weeks.
